Our pricing algorithms calculate distance, tonnage, axle tariffs, and equipment hour-rates without hidden surcharges.
Logistics in East Africa requires absolute accountability. We remove payment anxiety and equipment breakdown risk with strict verification protocols.
Every carrier and equipment owner is cross-checked against business registry, NTSA licensing, logbook ownership, and driver background records.
Before any truck or excavator is activated, our field mechanics conduct a thorough 40-point inspection covering braking, hydraulics, tires, and safety systems.
Shipper and renter funds are held securely in escrow. Funds are never released to the provider until the receiver confirms delivery via digital OTP sign-off.
Across regional trade corridors, up to 40% of commercial truck mileage is driven empty—a systemic deadheading inefficiency that inflates freight costs and limits carrier profitability. Simultaneously, heavy construction machinery frequently sits idle between project phases.
TRUKR and RIGR provide the modern operating system to solve these inefficiencies: combining automated corridor dispatch, verified backhaul matching, and IoT equipment telematics to deliver transparent pricing, guaranteed capacity, and measurable operational velocity.
Clear, transparent answers about freight booking, machinery rentals, escrow, and carrier onboarding.
When you book freight or rent machinery, your payment is held safely in TRUKR Escrow. Funds are never released to the driver or equipment owner until the consignee verifies receipt, inspects the cargo or machinery, and inputs the secure electronic delivery PIN.
All providers agree to our service level agreement. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, our rapid response dispatch coordinates an immediate relief vehicle or mobile field service technician along the primary corridors. If equipment downtime exceeds 4 hours, daily rental charges are prorated accordingly.
Upon digital completion of the job (consignee e-POD sign-off), payment is credited to your TRUKR Provider Wallet instantly. You can withdraw funds via M-PESA B2C or direct bank RTGS transfer immediately, minus the transparent platform service fee.
You must provide valid logbooks/title, NTSA roadworthiness inspection certification, commercial vehicle or plant insurance documentation, and pass our 40-point technical physical inspection. Drivers and operators must hold valid heavy commercial licenses.
Our initial commercial rollout covers the primary Kenya economic backbone: Mombasa (Port of Mombasa), Nairobi (ICD Embakasi & Industrial Area), Nakuru, Kisumu, and Eldoret, with cross-border transit facilitation to Malaba and Busia on the Uganda corridor.
Our logistics coordinators and plant technical managers are available 7 days a week across all major Kenyan transit hubs.
